Self-install
Our public demo is your trial. Once your licence key and files are delivered, the purchase is final — this is stated clearly before you buy.
Done-for-you or managed
Fully refundable if you cancel before setup work begins — for example, within 48 hours of payment, before the setup call. Once setup work has started, it’s non-refundable, because real hours have already been spent.
One exception, on every tier
If we fail to make it work as advertised, you get a full refund — no argument. That’s true no matter which tier you bought, with no exception.
